Color To Match (CTM)
Color Accuracy Redefined

Applications such as digitization of artwork, reprography and scientific photography require extremely accurate color reproduction. With the Sinar CTM dual-pass filter system, we have redefined color accuracy in digital photography. This system makes it possible for you to reproduce the entire color spectrum perceivable to the human eye with absolute precision. Use the CTM system with the Sinar rePro, our specialist reprography camera, and combine the extreme color accuracy of multispectral photography with the very simple workflow of a specialized digital camera system.

Accurate color reproduction and detail with multi-shot

We have designed the CTM system for the use with Sinar digital backs. This allows taking captures with multi-shot technology. Unlike one-shot captures, the colors of multi-shot captures are not interpolated. Therefore, not only an exact recording of the colors is possible; their images also show an unequaled detail sharpness without Moiré effects.

Efficient and consistent workflow – quick and easy

Your digital data is unequaled in terms of color accuracy – and you even do not have to spend time making costly color corrections on your computer. The Sinar CaptureFlow rePro software, developed specifically for the CTM system, supports this efficient workflow: the software guides you through all necessary steps, detects deviations in the color accuracy and displays them clearly. Efficient color management is thus made easier than ever before.

Scientifically sound

We developed the CTM system in collaboration with the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) of Rochester, USA. The combination of color filters is exactly matched to the CCD sensor of our digital backs. This not only extends the spectral sensitivity of the sensor: the CTM system corrects known color deficiencies that can be caused by the Bayer pattern on the sensor.
